Ingredients:
– 1 pound baby bok choy
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Rinse the baby bok choy and cut off the ends. Cut the bok choy in half lengthwise.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 10 seconds.
3. Add the bok choy and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until it starts to wilt.
4. Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir well and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes, until the bok choy is tender and the sauce has thickened.
6. Serve hot.
