猫耳酥的做法:
材料:
- 低筋面粉 200克
- 无盐黄油 100克
- 鸡蛋 1个
- 白糖 30克
- 牛奶 30克
- 盐 1/4小勺
- 黑芝麻 适量
步骤:
- 将无盐黄油切成小块,放入碗中,隔水加热融化。
- 将低筋面粉、白糖、盐混合均匀,加入融化的黄油中,用刮刀搅拌均匀。

- 加入牛奶,继续搅拌均匀,揉成光滑的面团。

- Roll each ball into an oval shape, then cut a slit in the middle with a knife and fold the two sides to form the shape of cat ears.
- Place the cat ear pastries on a baking sheet, brush the surface with egg wash, and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the pastries on the middle rack for about 20 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown.
