猫耳酥的做法:

材料:

  • 低筋面粉 200克
  • 无盐黄油 100克
  • 鸡蛋 1个
  • 白糖 30克
  • 牛奶 30克

步骤:

  9. 烤箱预热 180 度,烤盘放入烤箱中层,烤 20 分钟左右,烤至表面金黄色即可。

  8. Place the cat ear pastries on a baking sheet, brush the surface with egg wash, and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
  9. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the pastries on the middle rack for about 20 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown.
