桂花糖藕做法:
1. Prepare fresh lotus roots and cut them into small pieces. Soak them in water for 30 minutes to remove the bitterness.
2. Boil the lotus root pieces in water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
3. In a separate pot, add rock sugar and water and bring to a boil. Add the lotus root pieces and continue to cook until the sugar has dissolved and the lotus root pieces are coated in a thick syrup.
4. Add dried osmanthus flowers and stir well. Turn off the heat and let it cool down.
5. Serve the lotus root pieces with the syrup and osmanthus flowers.
