Ingredients:
– 100g glutinous rice

– 50g dried lotus seeds

– 50g rock sugar
– 1000ml water
Instructions:
1. Rinse the glutinous rice, millet, red beans, peanuts, dried lotus seeds, and dried longan.
2. Soak the glutinous rice, millet, red beans, and peanuts in water for at least 2 hours.
3. Drain the water from the soaked ingredients and put them in a pot with 1000ml of water.
4. Bring the pot to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the dried lotus seeds and rock sugar to the pot and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
