Instructions:

2. In a separate bowl, mix the ground pork, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, and scallions until well combined.
3. Roll out the dough into a long cylinder and cut it into small pieces. Roll each piece into a thin circle.
4. Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the circle in half and pinch the edges together to seal the dumpling.
5. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they float to the surface and the filling is cooked through.
6. Serve the dumplings hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
