糖醋里脊英文做法:
1. Cut the pork tenderloin into thin slices and marinate with salt, cooking wine, and cornstarch for 10-15 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together ketchup, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and water to make the sauce.
3. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat and stir-fry the pork until it is cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add a little more oil and stir-fry the garlic, ginger, and bell peppers until fragrant.
5. Add the sauce to the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens.
6. Add the cooked pork back to the pan and stir to coat with the sauce. Serve hot with rice.
